6. Treasurers report:
The financial report as of 26 May 2008
shows a balance of $32 746.88 in our bank
balance.

7. Communications and Bills:
The President received an email with information for
employment with St. John Ambulance, the members agreed that we would not post
it on our website, but would verbally let people know. Ron H. will advise the
sender of our decision and advise about Information Kingston website and
information network.
8. Reports of officers and committees:
President: He noted that the heading on the Summer Branch Report
showing “London Branch” was in error and should read “Kingston Branch”
The new Logo, colour and
design were brought to the attention of the Board
Vice president, Admin: Nil report.
Vice president, Ops: Position Vacant.
Past President: He is still
receiving calls re Health and Benefit problems, he will forward on to Arliss
Berry.
Treasurer: See para 6. above
Membership: Our present membership is 3,465.
Health and benefits:
Arliss Berry submitted a report by phone indicating that she had
received a number o fcalls and has dealt with them satisfactorily.
Directors and committees:
Telephone committee: The phone committee will soon start making the call for the Summer BBQ in August.
Recruiting:Nil report.
Communications: Luc
reported the website is in sad shape due to his long and frequent
absence over the last few months. He promises to have it up to
date soon.

10. New Business:
(a) 30 day plan:8 & 9 July 2008 - Presidents' Congress in Ottawa, Ron Henderson will attend.
(b) 60 day plan:12
August – BBQ Rideau Acres. Notice is in the Branch Report delivered
with the ON GUARD in June 2008. (c) 90 days and beyond:
28 October - Fall Outreach in Westport at the
Cove Inn – Notice will be in the Branch Report to be delivered with the ON
GUARD 29 Sep – 10 Oct.
7 December – Branch Birthday - Board members and spouses only
